31.03.2009 Aquatec Ltd finished an Operational Program project „Human Resource Development“
 

In the period August 2008 - March 2009, AQUATEC ltd. Varna realized the project "Employees - a major figure for the development of the company" in cooperation with the Center for professional teaching "UNIA", with the financial support of an Operational Program project „Human Resource Development“, co-financed by the European social Fondation. 

The project „Employees - a major figure for the development of the company“ is aiming to improve the quality of life by increasing the language qualifications of the Aquatec Ltd employees. We anticipate, through the investment in the human resource, to reach improvement of the productivity and creation of lifelong educational environment.

 

PROJECT NATURE:

English language education for 32 employees of Aquatec Ltd - 150 educative hours.

 

PROJECT PURPOSE:

Improving the quality of the work force, through improvement of their current professional competences, by providing foreign language education.

Increasing the investment in human resources through more affordable and better education.

 

RESULTS OBTAINED:

The final beneficients have received an opportunity for career development and stabilization of their current professional position; have increased their competitive qualities and their possibilities for lasting professional realisation; their long term employment is guaranteed.

 

The better knowledge of the most widely spoken language /English/ in the European Union, leads not only to unimpeded communication with contragents of the firm, but also to access to novelties in all branches. The improved qualification gives opportunity for better professional realisation and efficiency of work, better professional results and competitive strength at the work place, leading to improvement of life standard and moral satisfaction. It creates a desire for further perfection.
